- To prevent mold and attack of borer insects our lamps are treated with a solution of water and natural salts.
- For a better finish each piece is singed and/or brushed to remove loose bamboo fibers.

- Exposure to strong sun and humidity may change the product's color.
- Do not expose to rain.
- Cord kit not water resistant.
- To clean use a dry or slightly wet cloth or a hand duster.
- The listing of each product is for ONE lamp only.

It takes about 7 days or more, and the specific time needs to be determined according to the complexity of the lamp production. It is also recommended that if you see a lamp you like, please place an order as soon as possible so that you can get the lamp earlier.
4. If there is a charge for urgent orders:
A: For lamps whose length or width does not exceed 60cm, we will charge a flat 20% expedited fee.
B: If you exceed 60cm, you need to contact customer service for accounting.
5. If the lamp is damaged, we will replace it for free.

Material costs constantly change in price depending on the supply and demand for certain parts of a fixture. When we give you a quote, we look directly at the current market.
In rare cases, some lamps are just too unique, so we might need to open completely new molds. In those cases we will give you the direct cost.

1. A general explanation of the product features for all lighting fixtures. It doesn't mean the product on the current page is dimmable or three colors changeable.
Please check the Description section to find whether the current product is dimmable or not.
- Dimmable version: equipped with a remote control, and can adjust the brightness and color temperature of the light, not compatible with dimmers.
- Three-color changed by switch version: controlled by the switch in your house, you can adjust the color temperature of the light, there is no memory function, the next time you turn on the light will return to the initial setting. It can't be set to only one light source.
