The flexibility of this paper-like diffuser allows its slim frame to accentuate the cloud-like qualities of the lamp. Finished with a slimline LED light source which results in a 2700k. Your right setting is also possible due to the dimmable design.

4. If there is a charge for urgent orders:
A: For lamps whose length or width does not exceed 60cm, we will charge a flat 20% expedited fee.
B: If you exceed 60cm, you need to contact customer service for accounting.
5. If the lamp is damaged, we will replace it for free.

In rare cases, some lamps are just too unique, so we might need to open completely new molds. In those cases we will give you the direct cost.

What to do when you don't receive your item or it's not as described?
If the product you received is wrong item/defective/not as described, contact us with pictures (package pictures with tracking numbers, product front/side pictures), we will exchange or refund you fully due to yours require.
Cancel Items or Orders
Any order can be canceled before the product is made. Please understand that it cannot be canceled after the product is produced by the craftsman. We can only access return requests for you.
